Since we were founded in 1990, PDES has offered our customers expert-quality service for their dental equipment needs. We have been an authorised service and parts agent for Sirona and Siemens equipment since the very beginning.
Our goal has always been to provide specialist quality service exclusive to Sirona and Siemens equipment. Over the years, we have achieved this by continuously upgrading our technical skills with product service training both locally and in the Sirona factory in Germany. Our office based team members are continuing with their business qualifications at university. PDES provides a culture where team members are encouraged to continue to learn and improve on our skills.
Over the years we have developed our database system, which keeps accurate and thorough records of all equipment installed and serviced by our technicians. For our customers, this means we carry a full history of all equipment from date of install to present day. We also carry a large range of service and consumable parts for our clients, both in our service vehicles and at our workshop. Expertise in our product knowledge allows us to provide comprehensive support for customers over the phone, to avoid unnecessary callouts.
